Mr Arvin told us he draws his inspiration from ordinary things around us.
He enjoys pure photography and takes pictures of what he see's naturally.
He does not stage his photographs.
He talked to us about using lights, lines and shadows.
He mentioned the importance of being patient to capture a moment.
He told stories of how he has waited for long periods of time for the right light or movement.
He tends to use an 'old fashioned' camera with film that needs to be processed.
He takes fewer pictures as he only has 36 shots on the roll but is more precise.
He loves lines and circles. He told us that the human eye is drawn to lines and shapes.
He does not want to tell a story with his photographs. He wants the audience to make their own connections with the picture.
