Reflection -Leadership attributes we want to develop

The students thought about the leadership characteristics they demonstrate and the attributes they want to develop.

The students will post their individual sketch and reflection on their own blog.
This is the example we used ...

Some of the attributes we are working to develop include ..... Be more balanced, knowledgeable, curious, amazing, risk taker, tough, bold, caring, empathic, confident, creative, committed and a good listener. 

We will look at these again on Monday when we start setting goals for the Semester.
