Angkor update and cyclist - ride this Sunday reminder

Dear Parents

I am writing to give you a quick update on the trip.

Bike Ride Training sessions - start this Sunday

The dates of our Sunday Bike sessions for the cyclists  are as follows;
Sunday 12 October - Bike Ride Training 1 at School Field on st 390

(THIS SUNDAY - FOR CYCLISTS)
Sunday 26th October - Bike Ride 2 at Diamond Island
(South End near Bassac Garden / AEON)
Sunday 16th November - Bike Ride 3  at Diamond Island

We expect all the students cycling to attend these sessions, that will start promptly at 7.30 am and will last for an hour. Students will need to bring their bikes, a helmet and a water bottle. Parents are welcome to come along and cycle or to just bring a coffee and watch.

Thank you to the parents who have already completed the the permission form (found at the bottom of this email). As these cycling events are happening outside of school time we need your permission for students to attend.

Final Costs

My apologies for the delay in getting the final costs out to you. The cost varies depending on the number of students attending and it has not been easy to get a final confirmed numbers of participants.

The final costs are as follows;
Students participating in the run only $160 ($50 deposit paid so $110 left to pay)
Students participating in the run only $215 ($50 deposit paid so $165 left to pay)

Additional Personal Accident Insurance (students who do not have personal cover already need to purchase insurance from school) - $15 (this cost to be confirmed - could be a few  dollars more or less)

Payments need to be made to the finance office.
