On Tuesday Zach Bonner came to speak to the Grade 4/5 students.
Many students had a good understanding of Zach's story as they watched the movie based on his life on Monday at the Grade 4/5 movie afternoon.
Zach is now 17 years old but started collecting supplies for people who lost their homes after hurricane Charlie hit his home - Florida when he was only 6 years old.
The Grade 4/5 students asked Zach some fantastic questions and he shared some of his successes and gave some advice.
Zachs NGO - Little Red Wagon has distributed 25,000 + packs to homeless children. He has helped 50,000 families ... even more indirectly.
Zach told the students
“Don’t let people discourage you and tell you you can’t do something to accomplish your goals".
The students wrote reflections about Zach after the first session with him. One student wrote "Zach Rocks!"
