At the age of nine Severn started the Environmental Children's organization (ECO) with a group of friends committed to learning and teaching others about environmental issues.
In 1992, with ECO Severn attended the Rio Earth Summit and delivered a powerful speech.
23 years later and the global issues have barely changed. In fact some students in the class think they are just getting worse.
