Roy and his friend Mullet fingers stopped construction at the Mother Paula's Pancake house site and saved the owls. The owls homes are now protected and the land is a reserve.
We will watch the movie of Hoot to help the students understand the story tomorrow afternoon, before we break up for a weeks holiday.
