What's on next week in Grade 4

Next week there is a lot happening in Grade 4.

With that in mind the students are not expected to do homework tasks.
They will read and record in their reading log but will not have additional tasks assigned.

Next week the students will be finishing writing their speech.
They will be speaking as their leader and will tell us about the leaders life, attributes, challenges and successes - how they changed the world.

Students can choose to present on Tuesday morning or Wednesday morning.
They may wish to bring a prop, a piece of clothing (costume) for their presentation.

On Wednesday we will be celebrating International Peace One Day.
We will wear blue and white clothing and participate in activities with Secondary students.

On Thursday and Friday morning we will be doing ISA Assessments.
The students will complete some math questions, reading comprehension activities and write two pieces (narrative & persuasive). We have been practicing all these activities in class and no further preparation or study needs to be completed at home.
