Julian projected how much profit can be made on fruit icy pops.
If we sell 110 Fruit icy pops our income will be $110.
If we take out the costs ($24) then we may make $86 profit.
Julian also worked out that all income from cookies is profit as all are being donated. If we sell 60 cookies we will make $120 profit and if we sell 80 cookies we will make $160 profit.
The variable is how many cookies the students will bring to school on Thursday morning.
The more cookies and the more people buying them - the more profit.
Our Business Managers Moneth and Jessica have planned all the details of the sale, from the layout of the room, equipment we will need, tokens for items, napkins and requirements of shopkeepers.
Our writers Issarak, Ella and Bun San are creating our business plan, financial breakdown and will present this with reflections, to the Grade 4/5 students on Thursday afternoon at Taco Thursday.
The rest of the class was busy creating posters advertising the snack market. They will take these to the Grade 4/5 classes tomorrow and remind students to bring money to purchase icy pops and cookies.
