Ms Marcelle worked with us last week, helping the students understand some of the vocabulary we are using in this unit.
She showed them an infomercial about a product and then discussed the features of an infomercial (type of language, what its purpose is). We wrote created a class infomercial and then the students worked in small groups, writing an infomercial about a word.
The students then presented their infomercial to the class.
They filmed their presentation and have posted it on their blog.
